Jay County Junior High Tennis opened their season for the fall hosting Bluffton and Randolph Southern on a cool, windy Saturday. Jay County had 16 players participating and Bluffton had 9 and Randolph Southern had 5. Each player for Jay County was able to play at minimum 3 times against different opponents. Leading the way for the Patriots were: Maci Dehoff who went 3-1, Caludia Dirksen 2-1, Jace Vance 3-1, Grady Warvel 2-2, Maria Laux 2-1 Henry Dirksen 2-1, Elly Byrum 1-2, Finn Hemmelgarn 1-2 Parker McCoy 1-2, Madison Clark 1-2 Armon Solis 1-2, Paul Dirksen 1-2 also participating in for the Patriots were Job Dirksen, Bentley Brunswick, Jakson Denton, and Grant Glentzer. Jay County Junior High will host Bluffton, Hagerstown and Marion on Saturday the 21st beginning at 9:00.
