Jay County Patriots JV defeated Southern Wells 12-1 on Tuesday thanks to seven runs in the first inning. The offensive firepower by Jay County Patriots JV was led by Darius Esparza, Sam Dunlavy, and Crosby Heniser, all knocking in runs in the inning.

Dunlavy took the win for Jay County Patriots JV. He lasted three innings, allowing one hit and zero runs while striking out eight and walking one. Camdin Harrison threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.

O Vickrey took the loss for Southern Wells. He went three innings, allowing nine runs on seven hits and striking out one.

Dunlavy, Esparza, Heniser, Dylan Garringer, Caleb Hale, Gavin Myers, Kess McBride, and Adrek Pogue each managed one hit to lead Jay County Patriots JV. Jay County Patriots JV stole eight bases during the game as two players stole more than one. Myers led the way with two.
