Jay County Gymnastics started their season with a dominating win over Cambridge Lincoln. Jay County’s team score of 103.175 was over 3 points higher than their 2018 team high score of 100.1. Cambridge Lincoln scored 74.25.

The Patriots started off strong on vault with personal best scores from Halle Hill and Riley Leavell. Jay County’s second rotation was the uneven bars. Team score was nearly 3 points higher than at the mock meet two weeks ago. Our third rotation was the balance beam where Randi Ferguson began the Patriot charge with a no fall routine. Karlie Bullard added her own no fall routine to score a PB. The Patriot gymnasts wowed the crowd with their high-energy floor routines, with Kenzie Ring and Halle Hill getting new personal best scores.

Jay County swept every event including the All Around competition.
