Varsity vs Woodlan Jr/Sr High School (2 - 4) Loss Jay County took on Woodlan in a battle for conference. Jay County would strike first with Raif Beiswanger finding Jacoby Penrod making it 1-0. Woodlan would come back finding the goal making it 1-1. With a few minutes left in the first half Jacoby Penrod was fouled in the box giving him a penalty kick which he went on to score making it 2-1. A few minutes later Woodlan was fouled in the box giving them a penalty kick which they successfully made making it 2-2. At halftime it was 2-2. In the 2nd half Woodlan was able to pick up 2 more goals and with the final score 4-2 Woodlan came out on top. Jay County moves to 5-6-1 on the season. They will host Heritage on Monday for the final conference game for Jay County.
