Junior High vs Adams Central Middle School vs Woodlan Jr/Sr High School vs Bluffton-Harrison Middle School The Jay County Junior High Cross Country team hosted Adams Central, Woodlan, and Bluffton today at Hudson Park. All the runners ran hard making it a great day of racing! Due to some injuries, the Jay County girls were unable to score as a team. Bluffton placed third, while Woodlan edged out AC by one point to take the win. Out of 31 runners, Evie Cooke placed 14th being Jay’s top finisher. Daisy Pritchard and Alyssa Schwieterman were 24th and 25th respectively. The Jay County boys team placed third overall, beating out Adams Central. Bluffton was second, while Woodlan took the win. Individually, Ango Kato of Jay led the pact of 33 runners to place first overall with a time of 12:44. Ethan Fifer (4th), Aydden Lloyd (10th), James Moore (20th), and Skiler Matson (28th) also ran for the Patriots.
