The Jay County cross country teams had a strong showing Tuesday evening in a dual meet against Fort Recovery, with both the boys and girls coming away with wins. The boys came out on top 24–31, led by Caleb Garringer, who finished first overall in 18:26. The girls followed with a 24–34 victory, paced by Abby Fifer, who placed second overall with a time of 22:09. The meet was followed by Senior Night, where three athletes were recognized for their hard work and commitment to the program. Seniors Alexis Sibray, Paityn Wendel, and Max Klopfenstein were honored for their dedication to Jay County cross country over the past four years. Go Patriots!
