Jay County 8th grade volleyball opened their season tonight with a loss to Blackford, 8-25 and 22-25 Bella Barnett lead the team with 3 service points, 1 kill, 2 aces, and 17 digs. Cadly Henry contributed 4 service points, 4 aces, and 1 dig. Harper Kunkle added 3 digs and 1 kill. Alyssa Wendel had 1 assist, 3 points, and 2 aces. Bristol Kahlig added 5 assist and 2 service points. Gabi Miller and Ava Dame both added one kill and Chloe Lewellen had one dig.
