Jc 8th grade Football The 8th grade Patriots hosted Muncie on Thursday and came away with the win. The season started off with a pick 6. Fletcher Post intercepted the ball and ran it 30 yards for the touchdown. In the 2nd quarter, Roman Clamme ran it in for a 4 yard touchdown. Abe Lee caught a Clamme pass for the 2 point conversion. Later in the game Lee caught another Clamme pass for a 20 yard touchdown. Clamme ran in the 2 point conversion. Defensively, the Patriots had numerous tackles behind the line of scrimmage. Braylen Slater and Michael Gabbard lead the way with many following. The defense held Muncie with 2 first downs in the competition. The Patriots will travel to Union City on Saturday morning. Go Jc.
