The game was tied at 11 in the top of the fourth when an error scored one run. Despite falling down by four runs in the first inning, Adams Central Baseball Club (MS) tried to fight back. Adams Central Baseball Club (MS) flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the third, scoring five runs on six hits to take the lead, 11-9. The biggest blow in the inning was a triple by Layne Sipe that drove in one.
