Trinidad gave up two hits and zero runs over five innings while walking none. Jay County Patriots opened the scoring in the first after an error scored one run. Jay County Patriots added one run in the second after Brenna Ruble doubled down the left field line. Jay County Patriots scored five runs on five hits in the bottom of the fourth inning. Chloe Brown singled, scoring one run, Morgan Missicano doubled, scoring one run, Jaelynn Lykins grounded out, scoring one run, Jozey Shimp singled, scoring one run, and Mallory Winner tripled, scoring one run. K Ault took the loss for Bluffton. The starter went four innings, surrendering seven runs (six earned) on 10 hits, striking out two and walking one. Jay County Patriots piled up 13 hits in the game. Number seven hitter, Trinidad, showed the depth of Jay County Patriots's lineup, by leading them with three hits in three at bats.
