Jay County Patriots Jr High Defeats Elwood Middle School On Back Of Clutch Display From Ava Peterson By GameChanger Media Ava Peterson drove in four runs on three hits to lead Jay County Patriots Jr High past Elwood Middle School 14-4 on Thursday. Peterson doubled in the fourth inning, scoring three runs, and doubled in the third inning, scoring one. Jay County Patriots Jr High won thanks in part to 11 runs in the fourth inning. Boo Towell tripled, scoring two runs, Karsyn Schwieterman doubled, scoring one run, an error scored one run, an error scored one run, Maddy Taylor grounded out, scoring one run, Aliyha Gilbert singled, scoring one run, Emme Clark singled, scoring one run, and Peterson doubled, scoring three runs. Jay County Patriots Jr High got on the board in the top of the third inning after Peterson doubled down the left field line, Jaylee Twigg singled to left field, and Sophia Reagan singled up the middle, each scoring one run.
