Brown singled in the fourth inning, scoring two runs, and singled in the fifth inning, scoring one. Jay County Varsity Patriots got on the board in the top of the fourth inning after Andrew Schemenaur drew a walk, scoring one run, Brown singled, scoring two runs, and Carter Fugiett drew a walk, scoring one run.
