Jay County Lady Patriots were victorious in the first round of the ACAC tournament by defeating South Adams 54 to 14. Jay County had three players in double digit scoring. The Patriots were led by Hallie Schwieterman with 17 points and seven steals. Also scoring for the Patriots, Amelia Heath contributed 14 points and Liz Brunswick with 10 points. Gabi Petro had five assists for the Patriots. The Patriots will play in the semi-finals on Friday at Bluffton against Bluffton with a 6:00 start time.
