Varsity vs Connersville High School (4 - 3) Win Jay County hosted Connersville today. Jay County was able to get out in front early when Dylan Marentes corner kick found Jaxson DeHoff to make it 1-0 in the 15th minute. Jay County would get a foul in the 14th minute where Aryan Montes would find the goal to make it 2-0 Jay County. Connersville would get a drive and was able to score making it 2-1. Connersville again was able to find the goal again off a fast break tying the game 2-2. Jay County would come back with little time left in the 1st half Rockland Beiswanger would find Levi Muhlenkamp for a goal making it 3-2. At the half it would be Jay County 3-2. In the 2nd half Connersville would capitalize on a corner kick and was able to tie the game 3-3. Jay County would come back in the 15th minute where Dylan Marentes would find Levi Muhlenkamp for another goal making it 4-3. Jay County went on to hold Connersville off and winning the game 4-3. This would bring Jay County to 10-2 on the season. Next up Jay County will travel to Blackford on Tuesday 10-1-24.
