Jay County Junior High Cross Country Teams were both able to pull off a win in a three way meet against Winchester and Union City. Our lady Patriots just barely outran Winchester to win 27-28. Union City was unable to qualify as a team. Top finishers for our girls were Gracie Rowles (3rd - 13:41), Abbie Rowles (4th - 14:19), Allie Rowles (8th - 15:28), Emalee Aker (9th - 15:44), and Alexis Tipton (11th - 16:00). The boys team dominated the course to win with 16 points. Winchester came in second with 60 and Union City was third with 61. Leading our boys was Sam Wiggins (1st - 10:30), Caison Lloyd (2nd - 12:19), Logan Fifer (3rd - 12:21), Ango Kato (4th - 12:24), and Carter Lloyd (6th - 12:59).
