Varsity vs Blackford Jr/Sr High School Win Jay County took on Blackford tonight. Jay County came out a little slow, but Jaxson DeHoff was able to find Brody Collins for the first goal making it 1-0. Then Emmitt Reynolds was able to score making it 2-0. Jay County was able to hold the score to 2-0 at halftime. In the 2nd half, it was all Jay County. Jacoby Penrod scored making it 3-0. Then Brody Collins was able to score 2 more times making it 5-0. Sam Wiggins was able to score twice making it 7-0. Other notables include Jacoby Penrod- 2 assists, Jaxson DeHoff- 2 assists, Raif Beiswanger- 1 assist. Jay County finishes the regular season with a record of 10-2-3. Next for Jay County will be Sectionals on Tuesday 10-6-26 @ 6PM against Yorktown at Mississinewa High School.
