The Bluffton Tigers traveled to Jay County to face the Patriots. The 8th grade won 26-6. Scoring first for the Patriots was Bryce VanSkyock on a 25 yard catch and run from Sawyer Smitley. VanSkyock has his second score with a 15 yard run. Maverick McGill caught a Smitley pass from 15 yards out for a score. Easton Johnson had a 30 yard touchdown pass from Smitley as well. Parker Wasson and Bradie Boniface had sacks on the night. Boniface and Maddix Bright had many tackles in the backfield. The 7th grade won 12-6. Sawyer Hemmelgarn had a 20 touchdown catch from Tuck Hemmelgarn. Layton VanSkyock caught the second touchdown from 40 yards out from Tuck Hemmelgarn. Masson Collins led the Patriots in passing yards. Tuck Hemmelgarn had well over 100 yards passing. Great job guys! The Patriots will host the Heritage Patriots Monday. Go Jc!!
