Jay County took on Muncie Central tonight. Muncie Central was able to knock a goal on a fast break making it 1-0. Then later in the 1st half Muncie Central was able to score again off a corner kick making it 2-0. The score at the end of the 1st half was 2-0 Muncie Central. Then early in the 2nd half Jacoby Penrod found Rockland Beiswanger for a goal making it 2-1. Then, with 20 minutes left in the game, Brody Collins found Rockland Beiswanger for his 2nd goal of the night making it 2-2. The game was a great battle until the end of regulation; the final score ended in a tie 2-2. Zavier Hudson recorded 5 saves in the game. Jay County moves to 1-0-1 on the season. Next Jay County will travel to Fort Wayne South Side this Thursday with a 6PM start time.
