The girls from Jc traveled to Carroll High School in Fort Wayne to compete in the Indiana Regional #3 Tuesday night. All of the girls performed very well. The 3200 meter relay team of Saki Onishi, Ava May, Jesse Homan, and Brooklynn Byrum placed 10 with a great time of 10:10.97. In the 100 meter dash, Peyton Carpenter placed 14th with a time of 13.25. The 400 meter relay team of Saki Onishi, Ariel Beiswanger, Maria Hemmelgarn, and Peyton Carpenter finished 15th with a time of 51.4. In the 800 meter run, Brooklynn Byrum finished 13th with a time of 2:29.98. In the High Jump, Mya Kunkler finished tied for 17th with a jump of 4'8". In the Long Jump, Peyton Carpenter finished 9th with a jump of 16'0.5 ". In the Pole Vault, Maria Hemmelgarn finished 11th with a vault of 8'6" and Mya Kunkler finished tied for 6th with a vault of 9'6". It has been a great season girls. Thanks to the seniors that have pushed us throughout the year.
