By GameChanger Media Andrew Schemenaur collected three hits in three at-bats, as Jay County Varsity Patriots defeated Adams Central Varsity Jets 11-1 on Thursday at Adams Central Middle/High School. Schemenaur hit a home run to center field in the third inning, doubled in the second inning, and singled in the fourth inning. A fly out by Kade Sommers put Jay County Varsity Patriots on the board in the top of the second. Jay County Varsity Patriots scored five runs on four hits in the top of the third inning. Joseph Geesaman singled, scoring one run, Leighton Brown singled, scoring one run, and Schemenaur homered to center field, scoring three runs.
